Is it possible to change the date of the hearing? 

To request a hearing, you must have a serious reason. If so, send your rebate application as soon as possible. You should be aware, however, that the date and time already set for the hearing are maintained until the Review Committee has notified you that it accepts your request for surrender. 

How to make a rebate application 

To make a request for a telephone hearing, you must have a serious reason. If this is the case, contact the Review Panel first, which will provide you with other dates for the hearing. 

Please note, however, that the date and time already set for the hearing will be maintained until the Review Committee has notified you that it accepts your request for remission. The same applies if your application is refused. 

• The application for remission made more than 7 days before the date of the hearing. 

If it is a first request for a rebate, the Review Panel will set a new date for the hearing. 

• The application for remission made less than 7 days before the hearing date. 

Decision-makers examine the application for remission and dispose of it, taking into account, in particular, the nature of the file, the diligence of the applicant and the seriousness of the grounds invoked. If the decision-makers grant the remission, they will fix the new date of the telephone hearing while notifying the applicant.
