Rate of indexation of support payments

Support payments awarded pursuant to a judgment are generally indexed annually in accordance with the indexation rate applicable to the Quebec Pension Plan. They are indexed on January ^1st of each year, but in certain cases may be indexed on the date set forth in the judgment.
